Tumi Makgabo
Tumi Makgabo was appointed (in January 2006) as communications manager for Fifa's World Cup Organising Committee South Africa.
In 2000, Tumi moved from working at SABC3 to CNN, where she worked as anchor of its Inside Africa programme. She has interviewed George Bush, Thabo Mbeki, covered the Iraq war, South Africa's 2004 elections and the September 11 Al Qaeda attacks.
